Matthew Penney CEO

Mayor Matt is what his friends and family call him. Why? That would be because he is the first person to care and the first one there when you need him. Matthew has become a pillar in his community. He's well known and well liked. He is a youth coach and is best known to the crowds as preacher Penney. He prays over all the kids playing before and after win, lose, or draw. He is the man to call for an ear to listen and a knee to bow. He will pray for you, pray with you, and pray over you. He truly believes in what the good Lord has to offer each and every one of us. His faith is the heart of Faith Family Drilling. Matthew is an entrepreneur and has established and ran his own successful business. He also worked his way up from his younger days as a rig hand. With Matthew's strong Christian values, you are sure to get a trustworthy man, that will treat you in a way that glorifies our Lord and savior.

John Penney President

John Penney has been a hard worker his entire life and that didn't stop with his "fancy title" as he calls it. He is still the first man on the job in the morning and the last to leave in the evening. He checks on each member of the team daily to make sure they have what the need, before stating his day. When the company was starting, John was a one man show working from dawn to dusk to see his dreams come true. When asked why he puts in all the hours as president, his answer was spot on. He said "I don't work all the hours for me or even the dollar. I work them for my family." With a family man as president, we are confident you will be treated like family. John has over 20 years experience in the oil and gas industry, working every job there is.

When experience and integrity matter, this is the man you want on your side. Waylon has been in the drilling business nearly all his life. With 30 years in this industry, He has done it all. He has worked as a floor hand, derek man, driller, tool pusher, company man, and consultant. Let's face it, he is the man!
